My name is Sylvia and I am a Holistic practitioner based in New Zealand.
My many life experiences across cultures,
career, parenthood, and personal challenges led me to Energy and Holistic Healing; first for my own health and healing journey and now to help others on their journey.
I'm deeply passionate about its transformative impact, especially in easing stress, trauma, and grief. Everyone deserves access to these gentle yet powerful methods—and nothing brings me more joy than seeing clients leave with a renewed sense of well-being.
Throughout my different sessions with Sylvia I have been able to find myself again and regain confidence and motivation. It helped me navigate a difficult time in my life. I now have the space in my mind to focus on my health and well-being.

Access Bars
This energy healing process uses the 32 energy centres or bars located on the head. Once unlocked through gentle touch they flow down the body, they allow energy to flow through your body,clearing out thoughts, ideas and , beliefs that aren't benefiting you anymoreno longer benefit you.
Body Whispering
These gentle sessions connect elements from the earth and nature to address physical and emotional pain. They are particularly beneficial for people experiencing chronic pain, life trauma, depression, anxiety, stress or insomnia.
Reiki
This method channels universal energy to your body, enhancing the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Through gentle touch, Reiki helps with pain and tension release, restoring balance and harmony.
